It appears that, in quickly working to address the problem, you have copy and pasted a response with these required statements. In this specific case you still need to provide the following:


A statement that you have reviewed and agree to abide by the terms of the "Web Hosting and Virtual Dedicated Hosting Service Agreement".

A statement that you will immediately, upon reactivation, reduce the size of your database to less than 2,000 MB and

A statement indicating that you agree to prevent a repeat occurrence of this situation in the future.



For example, "I agree to abide by the terms..." and "I will configure my site in such a way...". Simply copy and pasting our questions wont allow us to close the incident created for your hosting account.

After we receive your response with the required statement, this matter can be formally closed and the investigation can be considered resolved and we can reinstate the hosting account for you.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

你按照格式写不就行了。你都写两遍了，还没有写对格式，这个能怪Godaddy吗？
