Please read this in its entirety and respond accordingly for us to unsuspend your hosting account.
Regarding your hosting account shuhuajie.org:
The shuhuajie.org hosting account has been determined to be in violation of Section 3 "Your Obligations" of the Go Daddy's “Web Hosting and Virtual Dedicated Server Service Agreement.”
The relevant passage of this agreement has been provided below:
"Go Daddy prohibits the use of software or scripts run on its servers that cause the server to load beyond a reasonable level, as determined by Go Daddy. You agree Go Daddy reserves the right to remove Your web site temporarily or permanently from its servers if Go Daddy is the recipient of activities that threaten the stability of its network."
Go Daddy's "Web Site and Virtual Dedicated Server Service Agreement" is located at the following URL: https://www.godaddy.com/agreements/ShowDoc.aspx?pageid=HOSTING_SA
The administrators of Go Daddy’s Hosting Operations Center discovered that your hosting account caused an overload of shared resources (CPU) for the server that it resides on. This overload threatened the health of the server and, in turn, threatened the connectivity of other web sites housed on this server. This is, of course, unacceptable.
After detecting this problem Go Daddy's hosting administrators requested that Go Daddy's Advanced Hosting Support team notify you of this action and request that you resolve the underlying issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to troubleshoot custom scripting, and therefore, unable to provide a specific solution to you. However, the following information was provided by our hosting administrators:
The majority of hits to this hosting account around the time of this occurrence were to the /linzixc/upload/ section for the inxixc.com aliased domain. We would therefore suggest you focus your attention to the coding of that aliased domain and it's potential for CPU usage issues.
Keep in mind, the above may not be the root cause of this issue, as the owner of this hosting account it is incumbent upon you to determine what is wrong and how to best resolve this situation.

After you have resolved this issue, this matter can be closed by responding to this notice with the following:
1. A statement that you have reviewed and agree to abide by the terms of the "Web Hosting and Virtual Dedicated Server Service Agreement," and
2. A detailed description of the steps you have taken to resolve and/or correct this issue, and
3. A statement that you agree to configure your site in such a way as to ensure that there is not a re-occurrence of this issue in the future.
After we receive your reply with these statements we will contact Go Daddy’s hosting administrators, provide them with your solution, and request that they re-investigate the issue. If they approve your proposed solution, the disabled directories will be re-enabled. (We reserve the right to suspend the account should there be in a repeat occurrence of the problem.)
