hosting account has been suspended, after again being determined to be in violation of Section 3 "Your Obligations" of the Go Daddy's "Web Hosting and Virtual Dedicated Hosting Service Agreement."
The relevant passage of this agreement has been provided below:
"Go Daddy prohibits the use of software or scripts run on its servers that cause the server to load beyond a reasonable level, as determined by Go Daddy. You agree Go Daddy reserves the right to remove your web site temporarily or permanently from its servers if Go Daddy is the recipient of activities that threaten the stability of its network."

The administrators of Go Daddy's shared hosting environment discovered that your 主机名hosting account has continued to cause an overload of shared resources for the web server that it resides on. This overload has been threatening the health of the server and, in turn, threatened the connectivity of other customers' web sites that share this server with you. This is, of course, unacceptable.
After detecting this problem Go Daddy's hosting administrators requested that Go Daddy's Network Violations team notify you of this problem and request that you resolve the underlying issue. Unfortunately, this is not the first time your hosting account has threatened the health of the server it is sharing with other Go Daddy customers.
You hosting account is currently experiencing an average of 3,800 simultaneous connections using up to 50% of the CPU cycles on the server. Due to the re-occurrence of this issue you can no longer utilize Go Daddy's shared hosting plans and will either need to move to a dedicated hosting environment or, if this is not agreeable to you, move to another hosting provider.

If you choose to purchase a dedicated hosting plan and remain a Go Daddy customer, you will need to reply to this message with the following:
•A statement indicating that you will immediately purchase a dedicated hosting plan, and
•A statement that you will move your website content to your new dedicated server within the next 48 hours, and
•A statement that you will cancel your existing shared hosting plan, after you have moved the content.
If you choose to move your website to another web hosting provider, you will need to reply to this message with the following:
•A statement indicating that you will move your website content to another web hosting provider within the next 48 hours, and
•A statement that you will cancel your existing shared hosting plan, after you have moved the content.
Upon receipt of your reply we will reinstate your services for the purposes of you moving your content to your chosen alternative hosting platform.
