是很多的isp都阻止基于美国的服务器

Unfortunately we do not offer support in Chinese and I was unable to read the screen shot you sent, but I understand that the issue here is that your site cannot be reached from China. I apologize for any inconveniences, but we have noticed a large number of Internet Service Providers lately that have been blocking/restricting connections to US-based servers. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to prevent such blocking. If a site is being blocked it is due to the Internet Provider you are connected to and you would need to contact them to unblock it.

Please let us know if we can help you in any other way.
