每个月有一半的时间无法访问网站，我邮件他们，得回复。

我的网站（bbs.diezi.net   不是广告哈）半均每个月有一半的时间无法访问，邮件给他们，他们的回复是可以让我升级一个主机。（应该是免费的吧）但是升级之前要让我备份，对此我就困惑了，他们是要让我备份所有网站的资料还是仅仅MSSQL Database的资料呢？况且我的MSSQL Database数据库可能有好几百M的大小吧，万一出点什么差错不就完蛋了？

另外，换主机后是需要我自己本人上传所有网站还是他们直接就帮我移过去了呢？特别是MSSQL Database那么大的数据库。。。有没有朋友有这方面经验的？能否给一点建议？或者是否搬了网站后网速有提升，在国内打得开的机会是不是增大了呢？谢谢大家，希望得一点意见。

Thank you for your response. You would need to backup and remove the existing databases on your account.  It appears you have MySQL databases.  You will want to follow the previous directions given to do this.

如果流量不错，就用独立主机VPS VDS吧

升级的话是收费的，可能是你网站负载过大，所以建议你升级，数据库和网站数据全部备份下
