我在gd 注册了一个域名http://wwwxxxskijacket.com(仿牌Moncler, Canada Goose, ColumbiaPeak Performance, The North Face)，今天收到brandprote​ction@mm-pe​akperforman​ce.com发过来的邮件，内容如下：
Dear Sir/Madam,

Peak Performance Production AB (“Peak Performance”) is the owner of the well-known trademark and trade name Peak Performance.  As you are no doubt aware, Peak Performance is a trademark used in connection with sale of high-end clothing and accessories throughout the world.

Any use of the trademark Peak Performance by any third party not authorized by Peak Performance constitutes infringement of Peak Performance’ trademark rights.

Acting as Peak Performance’s trademark compliance partner, we have been instructed by Peak Performance to notify you of the following:

It has come to the knowledge of Peak Performance that the website http://wwwxxxskijacket.com/ operated by Sir/Madam offers items and contains materials that are not authorized by Peak Performance, and therefore infringes the rights of Peak Performance.  The following URL’s:

http://wwwxxxskijacket.com/

a. Offers counterfeit or otherwise unauthorized items that violate Peak Performance’s trademarks and copyright; and/or

b. Misuses the brand name, trademarks and copyright of Peak Performance.

We trust that you will remove all metatags, keywords, visible or hidden texts including trademark presently appearing on the above-cited web page(s) or draw this issue to the attention of the appropriate person(s).

As part of the Peak Performance Trademark Enforcement Program, we will continue to monitor your web site(s) to verify your compliance with this letter. Failure to do so will force us to defer this issue to Peak Performance’s trademark lawyer for further actions.
