Dear Secure Certificate Customer,
Thank you for contacting SSL support. In order to issue a refund we will first need you to revoke the certificate.
Please note: Revocation is a permanent action and cannot be reversed. This results in the instant and permanent cancellation of your certificate. If this is done more than 30 days from issuance, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. Once a certificate has been issued, any refund is less a $15 admin fee for the resources and support required for the issuance process.
Please follow the instructions below to revoke your GoDaddy secure certificate:
• Log into your Secure Certificate Manager: https://certs.godaddy.com
• Under "Manage Current Certificates" click the common name that requires revocation
• Click the Revoke Icon in the toolbar near the top of the page
• In the Revocation Reason: box enter the reason for the revocation request
• Click Cancel* or Confirm**
*Clicking Cancel will cancel the revocation request
**Clicking Confirm will permanently revoke your current digital certificate
• Click Done at the bottom of the page
• Log out of your Go Daddy SSL account
To initiate a refund, please send us the receipt number for the revoked certificate purchase and the 4 digit support PIN on your account.

SSL含独立ip还没有安装,我申请退款时,客服写了这样的操作,我看不明白啊
