Thank you for your response. It seems that you are having an issue with the site connectivity. After reviewing the trace routes we see that there are issues with the connections. When looking at the trace routes you will see that 2 of the 3 jump over 350 ms early on. This means that there is an issue with that location. Unfortunately, that also means that the issue is not with our servers, but is with another company. You will need to contact your ISP to see if they can assist with this issue. 让你联系国内的ISP，如果是国内的原因，没有办法，只能等待恢复了
