Dear Godaddy,
You look at the front of the message content.
I just started to request a refund, but do not need now.
But the product has been canceled, so please help me to recovery.
And replaced [Hosting - Web - Ultimate Secure - Linux]
The previous product of the number of days remaining on the new plan.
old plan is : [Hosting - Web - Ultimate - Windows - 3 years (recurring) ]
new plan is :[Hosting - Web - Ultimate Secure - Linux]
Do not know what I mean is not, please take a look at the front of the mail.

Dear Man,
If you do not need to recover any data, then it is not necessary to request a restore. If you would like to add a new hosting plan to your account, you must purchase one. You may purchase a new hosting plan through this page:
http://www.godaddy.com/hosting/web-hosting.aspx
Once you have purchased and setup the hosting plan, please reply and we may reply the credit from your previous hosting plan to the new one.

I understand your concern with wanting to restore your hosting account. In order to successfully restore your hosting account we will need the following information. Note: We can only restore hosting accounts within 30 days of cancellation.
It is very important that you purchase and set up a new service, so that your content has somewhere to be restored to.
1. We need to know the date / time we should restore the information from.
2. What to restore: The entire site, a specific directory, a database, a file, etc.
3. Where to restore the information to.
4. Please clearly state that you accept the Restore fee of $150.00 (USD) and provide us with the last 4 digits of the payment method on file that you wish for us to use for this charge.
5. Please clearly state that you accept the Terms of Service which you can review on our legal page.
6. Tell us if we have permission to OVERWRITE any existing data with recovered data? (If not, please tell us where to restore the information to.)
7. If you are going to need a database restored please specify the name of the previous database and the name of the new database where we will restore content to. Please provide permission to overwrite the content of that database.
8. Please clarify whether you would like the website statistics for your account restored.
9. Provide the domain name that is associated with the hosting account.
Please allow 7-10 business days to complete the restore.
