godaddy抢拍域名支付宝支付后,godaddy说我没支付把我会员帐号

godaddy 抢拍到了一个域名，使用支付宝支付后，隔了2天收到以下邮件。现在该怎么办？
我抢拍的域名呢？会给其他人拿去了吗?

邮件1：

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am contacting you today in regards to your GoDaddy Domain Auction membership. Per the agreement on the bid confirmation screen, we attempted to charge your account via the payment method on file for the domain "***.com", however the payment failed to process. Your membership has been temporally suspended. Restoring your account from a suspension will require an administrative fee of $10 per unpaid expired domain name auction. Please contact me with any questions you have about this email or your GoDaddy Domain Auctions account.

邮件2：

Customer No. 4244***


Dear ***

We are contacting you today in regards to your Go Daddy Auctions membership. Per the agreement on the bid confirmation screen, we attempted to charge your account within 72 hours of the submitted winning bid via the payment method on file for ****.com, however the payment failed to process. We have notified the second highest bidder of the domains availability at this time. Your Go Daddy Auctions membership has been temporarily suspended. To restore your account please contact us at (480) 505-8892 or via reply to this email.

支付宝支付失败了吧，最近godaddy使用支付宝付款有问题

补充下，对于我来说已经是支付成功了，款已经到支付宝godaddy的帐号，那么这个域名按邮件中的提示，给第二拍卖的人取得，同时这个人也支付了，那么这个域名归属谁？？
我该怎么办？

价格高的得吧，具体的也不清楚，你联系godaddy客服问问吧

现在2个问题，1我对此域名已经做了支付，我需要这个域名，它是我拍卖来的，花了很多时间和精力去抢拍。
2因为认为我没支付，把我godaddy拍卖会员的资格取消了，我需要恢复还的另外交钱

昨天晚上客服回信了，但是我看下面回信的内容，没说怎么处理，只说了会退款，但我需要的不是这个，我该怎么回邮件强调1域名问题，2帐号的拍卖资格问题
望高手解答下...还有就是论坛其他朋友说的，如果因为支付问题，导致域名过期没续费成功，这个责任得自己承担吗？其实支付出问题,淘宝扣款也成功，订单交易号都生成了
导致出现的问题，因该算是godaddy方面的，为什么要用户来承担损失？

godaddy是说，我需要支付一个$10的管理费用，是不是我就可以重新支付域名，同时把帐号恢复了？

I can not locate a payment for this domain with the provided information. We attempted to charge you for this domain and there was not valid payment method on file to process this charge. The domain is no longer available to purchase. When you are the winning bidder for domains listed for sale within the expiring soon auction payment needs to be processed within 24hrs. If payment is not received we will auto charge you within 72hrs, if payment fails the domain is offered to the 2nd highest bidder; which is what has happened with this domain. There is a $10.00 admin fee to restore your auction account. Please reply with your 4 digit pin number if you desire to pay this admin fee.

拍好后72小时内没有支付就给第二个人了吧。你支付$10，可以恢复帐号
