发了个邮件去问，回答是：
In order to use Zend Optimizer on Windows IIS 7, you will need to install your own Zend Optimizer, delete the php.ini file and create a file called php5.ini. Windows IIS 7 only supports PHP5. I have included a url below which will display our help file with the necessary code for using Zend Optimizer with PHP5. The article will reference Linux hosting. 然后删了php.ini
然后建一个php5.ini

这个客服搞错了吧，GoDaddy的linux空间支持zend optimzier，但是windows空间是不支持的

正常情况linux主机才支持zend optimzier
以前我也得到过楼主这样的回复，但是最后确认Windows主机不支持zend optimzier
不过我还是再问问官方吧，不排除他们更新的可能
