MS还没有给你作退款处理。。
如果给你退款处理了,会告知你一些退款方面的相关内容,还有退款的金额的ticket..

IX到底会不会退款,给这种回复是什么意思,让我再读一下他们的退款政策吗,我已经发了两次退款申请

Please note that your cancellation will be processed by the guidelines outlined in the terms of service. If you are canceling within 30 days of your initial order, your cancellation will be processed per our “30-Day Money Back Guarantee.” This means you will receive a full refund of all hosting and set-up fees. However, we will have to charge you for any free domain registration credits you utilized as they are only free for as long as you remain hosting with us. Since domains cannot be unregistered after 24 hours have passed from their initial order, you will retain ownership of these domains. If you have not utilized any free domain registration credits, you will not be charged.

If 30 days have passed since your initial order, your cancellation will be processed per our “Any-Time Money Back Guarantee.” This means that you will receive a prorated refund for the amount of time you have pre-paid for but not used. As with the 30 day guarantee, you will be charged a pro-rated charge for any free domain points you are utilizing as well as a set-up fee if you have not finished your initial billing cycle and did not pay this set-up fee at signup.

If you have any extra products (eChat, Merchant Services, SpamGaurd, SSL certificates, etc), please specify if you would like them canceled as well. 已经给你转到退款部门处理了,等等,就应该有人还会发退款的ticket给你的。

谢谢版主的回复。
因为运行discuz有些慢,我只是想更换个操作系统而已,IX却要按标准价格来处理,本来Linux方案就比Windows方案便宜,如果按他们的说法,更换后,我还要支付付他们2点几美元,应该是他们退还我20美元才对,逼我退款。
