[提问] 关于更换主机操作系统

我想将Unlimited Pro (Windows)主机更改成Unlimited Pro (Linux)方案,但是这两款是有差价的,多余的钱,IX会退给我吗,有没有这方面经验的朋友

更换操作系统具体怎么做的,要事先发信给IX吗,更换后要不要重新电话确认。最怕他们打电话过来,中间好几次接到+852的电话,我没接,直接挂掉了,后来没再打了

IX是退差价的。

PS:更换系统,也就理换了你所在的服务器,所以,你要备份好主机里的所有数据.

数据是不想要了,因为速度实在太慢了,想看个方案看看,如果还是慢,就申请退款了

是说,你购买的是按照促销使用优惠码的价格,如果切换系统,找零时,会按照正常的价格。。

那建议你还是退了,然后在买。。

我觉得IX在这种事情上的做法不够明智,这不是逼着用户退款吗?还好我还没到30天

已经发了邮件申请退款,IX客服已经回复,英语不是太好,请大家帮我看下

大致意思是说,帮你解决问题给你带来的不便。
好像没有给你转到bill部门退款。

好像转到客户关系部门去了,后台Tickets状态显示这些信息,应该是在处理之中吧
