关于转移域名到GD不成功，GIFCARD的问题

经过几次从国内转移域名到GD不成功后，当时使用的7.17的GIFCARD，怎么办？ 是已经消费掉了 还是能继续使用？

是否还有什么操作？

把正在进行的域名转移项目取消？

登陆账号有个domain transfer，然后点类似cancel的按钮

We would be happy to request a refund for your order. However, we will need you to first cancel the transfer in question. Once the transfer has been canceled, please reply with 4 digit Support PIN on the account.

To cancel your transfer, please use the following instructions:

First, log into your account:

Go to our homepage.
Select 'My Account' from the top of the page.
Log in using your account username (which may be the same as your customer number) and password.

If you have trouble logging in, our Account Retrieval System may help you. You can use this to retrieve your customer number and/or reset your customer account password. You can find this system by selecting 'Click Here' next to 'Forgot Your Password?' on the 'My Account' login page.

Once logged in, follow these steps:

Select 'Domain Manager' from the 'My Products' menu.
Select 'Pending Transfers' from the 'Domains' dropdown.
Check the box next to the domain(s) that you would like to cancel.
Click the 'Cancel Selected' button from the menu above.
Click 'Ok' to confirm the cancellation.
