今天买了BASIC方案，付完款却要身份证和信用卡，如何处理？

今天买完之后，他们来了邮件：
Before we can approve your new hosting account, please fax the following into our offices:

1.) Credit card used to sign up the account
2.) Photo ID of the person's name on the credit card

Please fax this to:
ATTN: New Accounts
Fax#: 714-521-8195

Once we receive this information we will immediately process this order.

If you do not have access to a fax machine, you can also scan this information and attach it to this email.

但是我根本没有信用卡啊···再说我刚16，上哪里弄什么身份证啊？现在钱也付了，空间却没开通，请教一下各位大人该怎么处理？

额，现在拿身份证还有规定年龄的么，不是说刚出生都可以拿身份证了么
