我刚买的ixwenhosting的主机！可是却不理想，速度太慢了！有一个Ip直接不能访问！exper方案的！我需要退款！我也看了各位朋友提供的退款方案！可是在填写信用卡那个地方，我没有那里说的信用卡，我用支付宝买的！

如果是alipay 付款的，那么那个信用卡的地方就不用填写的。。

貌似支付寶付款的，要90天後才能退款。

MS，支付宝付款，在90天这内可以退款，超过90天就不能退款了。
