godaddy主机删除后重买问题！

我的原来的帐户刚刚删除了，也发信请求退款了！现在能不能立刻再买主机啊？还是需要等到退款成功后再买啊？现在买，影响退款么？

不知道怎么回事！
之前一只用linux主机，为了使用z-blog才买的win主机！但是一直弄不好！

再一个，按月买的空间能退款么？
我之前买的一年的，今天退款了，又买了一个月的，还是不好用，不知道能不能退款！

要放到根目录，就是最顶层目录，而不是某个文件夹
