装的PHPCMS 设置的权限是 755 .HTACCESS 已经删去了

权限不必修改，保持默认

把文件删除，重新安装吧
另外GoDaddy Linux 虚拟主机默认权限是755，安装程序没有问题不必自行设置权限

如果还出现错误就可能是服务器端的配置错误，需要联系官方检查
