刚才GD给我打电话后 就把空间封了 怎么备份网站下载到本地

刚才GD给我打电话说了一堆英语，我也听不懂 只听到说了下我的主机绑定的域名，我也不知道说什么 后来就挂了，

过了几分钟就收到了邮件，空间被封了，所有网站都无法访问， FTP也无法登陆，现在SSH还连接着，已经打包备份了，

现在HTTP和FTP都无法访问，请问各位大牛SSH可以下载东西到本地吗  或者有什么办法把备份文件下载下来。

邮件内容：
