账单成功支付 为什么空间的数据看不到

原本是在8月份需要支付给GD的  空间续费
    但是因为原来信用卡的问题没有成功GD的账单

     今天通过电话联系 GD的账单部门，已经支付所有费用
    但是FTP登陆空间后，还是不能看见原来空间中的程序
    郁闷坏了

   问题

  1  是因为才支付 需要账单部门和技术部门之间协调 要一段时间？
  2  是因为这种问题出现 GD要重新收费才归还你的空间数据吗？

8月份空间过期数据应该已经删除了，如果需要恢复数据需要交钱的

当时其实我们也是不知道的
是信用卡出现问题  然后有一天早上停止了服务 并接到GD的邮件通知

We are writing in reference to order 182219978 to inform you that
the account holder for the payment method used has disputed the
transaction through their issuing bank. Furthermore, the issuing bank
has revoked payment for this order pending the outcome of the dispute.
As a result, the services indicated on order 182219978 have been
either discontinued or suspended. Some or all of these services may
be restorable; however, such restoration will not be available
indefinitely.

We encourage you to contact our Billing Department at your earliest
convenience to arrange alternate payment for this transaction so that
service can be restored in a timely manner. A billing representative
can be reached at (480) 505-8855, a US telephone number, or
via email at billing@godaddy.com.

Per the Universal Terms of Service, in addition to repayment of the
revoked transaction amount, an administrative fee will be applied.
This administrative fee will be non-refundable, regardless of the
outcome of the dispute, and reimburses us (the merchant) for the
expenses incurred due to the payment dispute.

We look forward to assisting you in resolving this matter
as soon as possible.
