关于SSL证书退款问题！

Dear Sir/Madam,

We appreciate the information that you have provided. Unfortunately we cannot request a refund for your SSL Certificate as it has been setup. When an SSL Certificate has been setup and then canceled within 30 days, we can request a refund for the order, minus a $15.00 (USD) Admin Fee. As the order was only $12.99 (USD), this would not allow for a refund request. With regards to your hosting plan, it appears to have been setup as well and we have requested a refund for any unused months of the order. When a refund request has been approved, it usually takes about 5-7 business days for the financial institution of your payment method to receive the refund. If it has been longer than 5-7 business days since your refund request was approved, you may consider contacting your financial institution for more information regarding your refund. We appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter.

我刚刚发信过去给GoDaddy的客服要求退款SSL证书，但是他们回信说SSL证书如果安装了在一个月内可以退款，但要扣取15美元手续费，但是我的SSL证书才12.99美元，好像说不能退了！

那么就是说这款12.99美元的SSL证书如果安装了就不能退款吗？

唉

这样就没了100多RMB了，有点心痛呢！！

官方是这样的说ssl不能退，实际上很多人退款成功了赶到你运气不好碰到一个难说话的客服

只好认倒霉了！

下次在卖主机时，看来要尽量多留心点了，

不然又要亏了

我决定也试试退款，然后重新买绑到另一个域名，我买了3年的ssl证书，能退2年最好。
