大家帮忙看一下,昨天上午暂停访问的,我写了很多信,他们也回复了几封,先说是让我写出解决方案,后又让我写声明,我都做了,结果这会又给我回复了这么一封,到底是什么意思呀.高手帮忙看一下.是解封了,还是不打算开通了呢?
