In order for us to remove the content on your Grid hosting account we would need the last 6 digits of the credit card on file. However, we have placed a tared file of your content on the Grid hosting account called content_from_old.tar.gz.  You should be able to download this file through FTP or un-compress it using our file manager.  We have also placed a copy of all your databases in the _db_backups folder.

If you still wish to have us un-compress your content and remove all of the content on the grid account,  we would need the last 6 digits of the credit card on file.  Please note: we only use this information for verification purposes we will not charge your credit card.  If you do not have a credit card on file; you will need to add one, at least temporarily
