[提问] 向godaddy退款,回了这样的信什么意思

我写了这样的的邮件
Hi,sir,I have canceled my order and ask for the refund.
My alipay :我的支付宝号
Customer Number: 123...
domains  : ***.com
Receipt#: 123...

pin#:
Thanks!

它回了这样的信给我什么意思?

Thank you for contacting Online Support.

It appears that a request to refund this order was already received and successfully processed. You will be able to view the refund receipt in your account using the following instructions:

To Access Your Order History

Log in to your Account Manager.

From the My Account menu, click Order History.

On the Order History page, you can do the following:


To view a receipt, click the receipt number.

To print a receipt, click Printable Version at the top of the receipt.

To search your receipts by product, select the product from the By Product Type list and click Go.

To search your receipts by domain name, enter the domain in the By Domain Name field and then click Go.

Thank you for contacting Online Support. It appears you canceled your hosting plan. We have completed a request for a refund to be applied to your account. All refund requests must be reviewed for final approval by our billing department. Please allow up to 48 hours for the request to be processed and for the refunded receipt to appear in the Order History of your account. If it is not approved, you will receive a denial notification at which time you can respond to this email for further review. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation of the refund.

Once the refunded receipt appears in your account, please allow 5-7 business days to see the funds applied to the associated payment method. If we are not able to process a refund to the original payment method for this service you will be contacted. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Please let us know if we can help you in any other way.

已经退款了,让你到你账户的订单记录中,查看退款订单信息,或者去查询你的账户余额之类的

已经收到你退款要求,但要由财务部门审核,现在正在审核,审核通过会通知你,不通过也会通知你理由,让你等5-7个工作日
