不知道他说的（正式信函）formal latter是否是让你写信过去。
ps，你的资料是不是有填写过假的，或者你安装ssl证书的时候有选择美国地址？

1.打印一份用途说明，页尾用手写签署上自己的名字。并扫描，回复email给他们。
或
2.打印一份用途说明，页尾用手写签署上自己的名字。直接传真至+1.480.393.5009。
