Windows IIS7的用户可以使用CDO或者CDOSYS发送SMTP邮件，不支持CDONTS

Windows shared hosting accounts running IIS 7 can use Collaboration Data Objects (CDO) or CDOSYS to send SMTP email.  CDONTS is not a supported method for sending email with IIS 7.  For more information, see Using CDO to Send Email from Your Windows Shared Hosting Web Site and Using CDOSYS to Send Email.
