刚买的主机老是出问题

刚没了几天的主机老是出现

这个是打开后台地址时候出现的，我用的是帝国CMS和wordpress同样都有这样的问题，导数据的时候就非常费劲刷新了很多次才导成功，请大家帮看看这个是什么原因！谢谢！

上面提示的意思来看应该是你的配置有问题，建议你重新安装下程序
这个问题之前没有人碰到过
