内部服务出错，数据库导入不成功!

给朋友介绍购买了GD主机，没想到安装后，导入数据屡屡出错，提示是：

你的手Windows空间还是linux 的，如果是linux的空间建议你使用帝国备份王导入数据

可是，另一个主机，也是GD的，是我和一位好友合作的，用帝国备份王备份，却提示出错，奇怪的是，他能备份，难道是我的网速引起的？
