The SSL certificate is refundable if canceled within 30 days of the purchase, However, There is a $15.00 administrative fee. You only paid $12.99 for the certificate. This is less than the administrative fee charged. This is the reason you will not receive a refund for the certificate.

The hosting account was purchased on 10-26-2011. You canceled the hosting 6 days after the purchase. We can only refund the hosting if it is canceled within 5 days of the order. You did not qualify for a refund.

We are unable to add credits back to the account for the used canceled items.

ssl是30天内删除可以得到退款，但是需要收取15美元的管理费用，但是你购买的ssl是12.99美元，所以不能退款

你主机购买时间是10-26-2011，5天内删除是可以得到退款的，但是你是在第6天申请退款，所以不能退款

建议你和godaddy客服协商，一般主机都是可以随时退款的
