已经生效了。
（至少从我这里看是的。如果你那边看还没生效，是因为要等全球DNS（尤其是你家门口那台）更新数据）

现在看www.chiartcn.com 的https已经能正常访问，ping一下就能看见了吧——如果你也能正常访问
