关于SSL安装的问题（急）

前两天买了个SSL，跟据最新的SSL安装教程到了图4，

4.如图在Account选中你要设置的域名，勾选方框（如图"I warrant and...."）,检查上面的信息若没有错误则点击Continue
提醒一点，这里的State不要作选择，保持默认即可

但是图4有些不一样，就是多了一个STEP2，内容看以下：

To apply for a Standard Web Server Certificate, you must generate and submit a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) to the Certification Authority.

Common Name ("CN") field: When generating your CSR, the name in the Common Name field must be the fully-qualified domain name for the Web site you will be using the certificate for (e.g., www.domainnamegoeshere.com). Do not include "http://" or "https://."

Note: If you wish to apply your certificate to an intranet page; then enter as the common name the name of the applicable intranet page. The name cannot contain periods. The absence of periods enables Go Daddy® to detect that the common name refers to an intranet page.

When you have generated your CSR, cut and paste the content into the box below.

发现我问得不对，上面这些大家不用看。。。。。

刚刚我看一些前贴，说：

如果你将要在BlueHost使用这个SSL证书，那么在它的cpanel中可以找到生成CSR的选项。
如果你将要在Lunarpages使用这个SSL证书，那么你要联系客服并缴纳服务费以获得CSR。
======================

那么，我的主机是GD的，就是在GD的控制面板上生成CSR。那也就是说我等我的主机申请批了才可以是吗？

就是他们的顺序是，先申请主机空间150G，然后才生成CSR，才能申请SSL，再接着才能申请独立IP，是这样的吗？
