经过发邮件找回但是还不需要一些证件!今天收到客服的一封信

就是证明你的身份的英文证件,比如护照,或者英文的身份证

Unfortunately, the Change department will not be able to assist you with your request as you are not the current registrant of the domain. As the registrar we can only make this type of change after verifying the consent of the registrant. At this point you will need to contact the registrant via one of the methods listed on the whois record of the domain.

If the registrant is unresponsive or unwilling to assist you in this matter, any further dispute over the registration of the domain name will need to be sent either to the registrant, through an ICANN-approved arbitration provider (http://www.icann.org/dndr/udrp/approved-providers.htm) or the court system. If you file a dispute concerning the domain name, please forward a copy to DomainDisputes@godaddy.com.

If you find that the whois information is invalid, such as containing a phone number that has been disconnected or an email address that bounces, please send us a detailed email to InvalidWhois@godaddy.com so that we can attempt to have the registrant correct it.

If you are the registrant of the domain name, you can request a change of account which will allow you to place the domain into an account over which you have control. Below is a link to the Change of Account/Email Update Request form that we use for this process.

On this screen you will need to click where it says “If you need to move your domain to a new account – click here.”

This form will need to be printed, filled out, and signed by the current registrant of the domain. Note: We will not accept an electronically signed Change request form.
In addition to this form, we require a color copy, scan, or digital picture of the information be sent to change@secureserver.net.

1. We require the government-issued photo identification be a color copy, scan, or digital picture in which the pictured person, name, signature, and expiration date are clearly identifiable.

2. If a company is listed as registrant, we will need a copy of one of the following documents to serve as consent from the company:
(Please send one of the following)
- A copy of business license
- Tax certificate (number alone is not acceptable)
- Doing Business As documentation
- Fictitious Name documentation
- IRS 501(C)3 or 147 (C) “Determination Letter” You may request a copy of this letter by contacting the IRS at 1-800-829-4933.
- State issued certificate of tax exemption showing charitable status

**Note: We cannot accept copies of articles of incorporation/organization, applications, documents printed from the internet, or tax returns as business ID.

This process is used to ensure that no unauthorized changes are made to our customers' accounts. These procedures are in place for your protection.

Once this is received, we will inform you if there is anything additional needed to process your request, or we will let you know that your request has been completed.

楼主,我现在还在申诉中,不知道明天能不能收到godaddy的回信,骗子发了信给我,说他已经转走域名删除了我的虚拟主机,并冻结了我的账号,我不会就此罢休的,如果主机真没了,那也没办法,但域名不能丢阿,你后面2封信是问你,注册时是用你现在的身份和邮箱注册的么,你的注册信息不正确,你如果不懂英文可以用google的翻译器翻译下,大概的内容都是准的,不要放弃,说什么也不能让骗子和盗号的得逞!

我正在努力!我倒是没有收到小偷的要挟什么的,但是不管他有没有转移或删除什么,我肯定百分百的能搞回来!咱们俩可以互相帮助来解决问题!并且这个论坛上还有这么多高手在 咱们不怕。
