In order to successfully restore your hosting account we will need the following information. Note: We can only restore hosting accounts within 30 days of cancellation.

It is very important that you purchase and set up a new service, so that your content has somewhere to be restored to.

1. We need to know the date / time we should restore the information from.

他们可以帮您恢复，需要您支付150美元的费用，而且不保证恢复的数据没有遗失，因为他们是用以前的备份恢复。备份是定期的，备份后时段的数据就可能无法恢复。

Thank you for contacting Online Support. Based on the information you've provided it appears you have a question about setting up your domain on a new hosting plan. Once your old plan was canceled from your account, it can take up to an additional 24 hours for the domain to be available to be added to a new hosting plan.

If you are still experiencing this issue after 24 hours, please let us know so we may troubleshoot further.
