最近大家都有网站打不开的情况吗？

最近将近两个月以来，每天上午及晚上我打开我的网站时，总是不能打开，提示：
The page cannot be displayed
The request cannot be processed at this time. The amount of traffic exceeds the Web site's configured capacity.

If this error persists, contact the Web site administrator to inform them that this error continues to occur for this URL address.

Go to Microsoft Product Support Services and perform a title search for the words HTTP and 500.
Open IIS Help, which is accessible in IIS Manager (inetmgr), and search for topics titled Monitoring and Tuning Web Application Performance, Performance Monitoring and Scalability Tools, and About Custom Error Messages.
写邮件给godaddy了两次，他们说在他们那边测试一切都很正常，问题是我的网站也不是时刻都打不开，好像是间歇性的，郁闷……
godaddy的KF回信如下：
Thank you for contacting Online Support.  After testing your site in Internet Explorer and Firefox, I was able to replicate the error you have stated.  However, after testing our default welcome.html file, this page was able to resolve without issue.  This would indicate to me that this is a coding issue that needs to be reviewed.  Unfortunately, Online Support cannot provide tutorial or troubleshooting information regarding custom scripting or coding. I would recommend referring to a search engine or online community for further resolution. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

他们的意思是说你的页面有问题，说用他们的测试页面就可以解决你遇到的问题，让你检查页面代码。
你的访问量有多少？

谢谢版主回复，我的站还没建多久，08年5月份才开始使用，流量很小，网站是asp写的，代码一直没改过，以前为什么没出错，现在老出错呢？
刚查了下，我的带宽只用了0.03%，而且我有独立IP.

有没有提供下载，你网站是如何配置的?

我的是公司网站，只提供加盟商登记表及很少部分资料供下载，而且应该不会像专门软件的网站那样很多人去下载的，昨天早上约有10分钟打不开，后来就可以了，昨晚就不行了，今天从9点到现在一直不能打开。
已经给版主短信了。

看访问量似乎不大，你优化下网站，若不行就发邮件过去让客服帮你检查下是不是服务器上其它用户使用资源太多了

感谢版主热心帮助，刚有朋友说是中国跟美国之间的路由问题，就是google也会有在国内打不开的情况发生，这个问题无法避免，看来，我只有听天由命了
