进“Web Hosting”提示“Current Hosting Account Status: Suspended”是什么情况？？

Dear Sir/Madam,


Regarding your hosting account xxxx.com:



The xxxxx.com hosting account has been suspended for violating Section 3 "Your Obligations" of Go Daddy's “Web Site and Virtual Dedicated Server Service Agreement.”

The relevant passage of this agreement has been provided below:

"Go Daddy prohibits the use of software or scripts run on its servers that cause the server to load beyond a reasonable level, as determined by Go Daddy. You agree Go Daddy reserves the right to remove Your web site temporarily or permanently from its servers if Go Daddy is the recipient of activities that threaten the stability of its network."

Go Daddy's "Web Site and Virtual Dedicated Server Service Agreement" is located at the following URL: https://www.godaddy.com/agreements/ShowDoc.aspx?pageid=HOSTING_SA

The administrators of Go Daddy's Hosting Operations Center discovered that your hosting caused an overload of shared resources for the server that it resides on. This overload threatened the health of the server and, in turn, threatened the connectivity of other web sites housed on this server. This is, of course, unacceptable. Go Daddy had no choice but to take immediate action to protect our network and to prevent the possibility of a service interruption for other customers.

After detecting this problem Go Daddy's hosting administrators requested that Go Daddy's Advanced Hosting Support team notify you of this action and request that you resolve the underlying issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to troubleshoot custom scripting, and therefore, unable to provide a specific solution, or even provide an explanation of why your hosting account was causing this over utilization.


After you have resolved this issue, your services can be reactivated by responding to this notice with the following:


1. A statement that you have reviewed and agree to abide by the terms of the "Web Site and Virtual Dedicated Server Service Agreement," and

2. A detailed description of the steps you have taken or plan to take to resolve and/or correct this issue, and

3. A statement that you agree to configure your site in such a way as to ensure that there is not a re-occurrence of this issue in the future.

After we receive your reply with these statements we will contact Go Daddy's hosting administrators, provide them with your solution, and request that they re-investigate the issue. If they approve your proposed solution, your hosting account will be reinstated. (We reserve the right to migrate the site again should its return to its original environment result in a repeat occurrence of the problem.)

我给godaddy回复了，账户什么时候能恢复呀。唉

I apologize that one of my websites used huge traffic .I have removed all the files in that website, i think it might be caused by the search engine robots.I will try my best not to over-take the bandwidth recources in the future!Please reactivate my website as soon as possible!Thank you very much。

这个一般要多长时间？

估计3天左右吧，他们可能需要审查下，如果你的网站没问题，就会恢复主机
