Thank you for contacting Online Support.

Please note it can take up to 5-7 business days for a refund to be processed from the date of the refund receipt showing in your accounts Order History. If it has been more than 5-7 business days since the receipt date you may wish to contact your Financial Institution for further assistance as once a refund receipt shows in the account the funds have been released to the Financial Institution linked to the original payment method used.



You can view, print, and search your previous orders.



To Access Your Order History




1.Log in to your Account Manager.


2.From the My Accountmenu, click Order History.


3.On the Order Historypage, you can do the following:



1.To view a receipt, click the receipt number.


2.To print a receipt, click Printable Versionat the top of the receipt.


3.To search your receipts by product, select the product from the By Product Typelist and click Go.


4.To search your receipts by domain name, enter the domain in the By Domain Namefield and then click Go.
