Thank you for contacting Online Support. In reviewing your account it appears that you do have an order that is eligible for the bulk free Private Registration promotion. Before we are able to add Privacy to these domains you will need to review and agree to the following Terms of Service and you will need to provide a full list of the eligible domains. You would be able to review the details of these Terms of Service Agreements at our legal page available at the following link: Legal Agreements

Confirm that you have read and accept the terms of the Universal Terms of Service.

Confirm that you have read and accept the the terms of the Domain Name Proxy Agreement.

Once you accept the agreements above and you have provided a full list of the domains we would be able to add Privacy to your eligible domains.

Please note that when you register bulk domain's you would need to manually add Privacy to the domain's when you are in the shopping cart you would be able to confirm that the privacy line items are showing a $0.00 amount.
