域名转入Godaddy时遇到的问题～

早上突然想到在其他IDC续费的域名已经超过2个月了，就想把它转入Godaddy。
转入过程很顺利，利用支付宝支付，近50块钱。
在转入之前，我已经给域名解锁，并且得到的转移码。
可是付款完成后，也看到Godaddy提示转移成功了。
可是在Domain Related -> Domain Transfers这里找不到转进来的域名。
急，这是为什么？

问题是：
1）我用支付宝付款，款都已经付出去了，我的支付宝里面都有购买记录。可是进入Godaddy我的帐户，在订购历史里面没有这项新的购买记录。
2）在Godaddy我的帐户的Domain Transfers这一项里面也没有我转入的域名。
郁闷呀。。。
我记得一年前转的那个，等我付完款，信箱就会收到信，而且Domain Transfers列表里面已经有域名了。。。

刚才刷新，看到已经转入了，看来真是时间问题呀，等等就好了，嘿嘿。。。
本来注册域名1年，发现续费什么的很麻烦，就一下续10年，再转入Godaddy，估计那1年也是加不了的了～
域名最长10年，好像。

我的域名已经成功转入GD，这次的转入时间只用了二、三天，今天收到转移之前的IDC公司的信，问我是否同意把域名转走，我选同意，立马就转移成功了，帅呀。。。
不过转之前，我的域名已经是10年有效期，转入之后，应该再延长1年才对，我已经发信联系GD处理了。
不过域名最长10年有效期，我的已经10年，不知道能不能再加1年呢？

啥有钱呀，只是懒的续费，嘿嘿。
这个问题我已经咨询过客服了，得到如下回复：

I understand you have a question about seeing your additional year for your domain transfer.  When you transferred your domain name to GoDaddy.com you paid for one year of registration. When that domain name was transferred over to us we gave you this year of registration. However when you paid to renew your domain name with your current registrar and then transferred away from them, in the process of transferring away from them the registry dropped the renewal year that you paid for. So when the domain ended up with us it looks as though Go Daddy did not give you any time at all. You will need to contact your previous registrar about this issue. This issue is beyond Go Daddy's control, we have added an extra year to the expiration date that was transferred to us by the registry.

Keep in mind, if you renew your domain name during the 45 day auto-renewal period (.COM/.NET domains), the year you purchased at your previous registrar may be lost. What happens is that if a domain is not explicitly renewed by the expiration date VeriSign auto-renews it at the registry and gives the registrar a 45 day window to cancel it or renew it. If the registrar cancels it within that 45 day period VeriSign credit's back the renewal fee to the registrar. The registrar may not always credit the customer’s account.

If you have transferred your domain name during the auto renew period, please be advised that your renewal year MAY have been lost. GoDaddy.com is not responsible for this lost year and will not credit the year to your domain. You will need to refer to your previous registrar if you have any questions or feel you are due a monetary refund.

GoDaddy.com does not intervene in the recovery of any lost registration years that occur during the transfer of your domain name.
