近来一直进不去，想改目录权限，急呀。

英语不好
写了这样一段给技术支持，大家帮忙看看。

Hello:

Because I can not enter ftp at my account

Help me Change read-write properties of the directorys into can read and write

Domain name: 111111.com

directory:

brand/data (Include subdirectories)
brand/attachments (Include subdirectories)

这样写他们会理解吗？
