刚刚买的主机IP不通所以我删了主机！可是怎么申请退款呢

删除主机后，给他们客服发个邮件 大概就是如下意思，也可以自己编，发的时候只发英文。

我的网站程序无法在这个主机上运行
So I canceled it today.
所以我取消了这个订单
Please help me apply a refund to my alipay account. Thanks.
请协助我办理退款手续。。。。

订单信息：详细情况就是你购买的时候，发到你邮箱的订单上的信息。xxxxx是相应的数字。
The order informtion :

Order No.xxxxxxxxxxx

然后等待退款就可以了。3-5天后，查查自己的账户，应该就有了。也可能有相应延迟，不用着急。
