[提问] 版主求救~!网站突然访问不了。。。

网站突然访问不了。。。
提示如下:

ForbiddenYou don't have permission to access /yp on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/1.3.33 Server at AppStuff Port 80

然后发现FTP也上不去,Godaddy的控制面板也进不了!
难道是密码被人知道了??? 版主求救~!
ping也不通,好奇怪啊,事发前一分钟都可以的,一下子就这样了!

不是啊,我都没有改动什么东西的,前一分钟可以访问,后一分钟就不行了,而且FTP也上不去,Godaddy的控制面板也进不了。

检查下文件夹权限,有时候文件夹权限可能会自己发生变化。
或者检查下首页文件

版主,关键是我现在FTP进不去啊,还有Godaddy的控制面板也进不了啊。

能ping通的,说明没被封。
一个可能是文件的权限问题,也可能是.htaccess的问题。
这种情况建议大家联系主机商的技术客服来解决,他们能很快解决的。一般方法就是初始化一下。

发了邮件给Godaddy,他们回复说:

Support Staff Response

怀疑你的当初的支付有问题吧。所以暂时封了你的帐号。
不知道楼主当初购买的时候填写的信息是否真实,是否和支付信息一致。

因为不是用自己的信用卡去购买的,所以。。。。
估计是这个原因吧。。。
godaddy要我寄什么过去啊?是发邮件还是传真啊?

付款账单,身份证复印件(或者其它带有照片的证件)
邮件过去就可以了(附件不要大于1M)
