关于新版SSL

哪位大哥知道如何去掉以前绑定在域名上的SSL，我的SSL一直装不上去，GD回复说是因为以前这个域名曾经绑定了个SSL，小弟是菜鸟中的菜鸟，请各位大哥不惜赐教。
他们的回复如下：Unfortunately it appears that another SSL was setup for this domain name and that is causing the issue you are experiencing. The other SSL will need to be revoked. Please contact the other party that setup the other SSL and ask that they revoke it or
complete and return the form linked below along with a photo ID and business documentation for the domain registrant (if a business is listed).

这个的意思是要点这个链接还是或者点这个链接？

回信说有个ssl证书安装在这个域名上了，如果你要安装的话，
点链接把那个表下载下来，填写好后发给他以证明你是域名的所有人

呵呵，老哥，又是你给我回复，谢谢阿，不过有点我还是不明白，能不能直接从原来那个帐户中取消SSL呢？然后我再弄到我这个账户上

我看他不是写了这么一句话么：Please contact the other party that setup the other SSL and ask that they revoke it or

那就是可以通过那个帐户取消对域名的绑定？是不是就是进入帐户后选择SSL点cancel？

还有我原先的那个帐户不知道为啥用了1个月被退款了，我也没注意看，请问退款的时候是只退的空间，SSL没退还是两个都退了，我当时是按照坛子里的介绍分开买的

ssl或许没有退，你登陆帐户看看，点revoke
分开买也可以使用同一个帐户的，只不过分两次买
