沟通方面啊,我觉得也蛮好沟通的,我让他们给我换IP,虽然邮件一来二去很多天了才换,不过他们都有及时回复的,语气也非常不错的

终于给我备份了,从开始到现在历时26天,可我只让他备份数据库,他给我把log都备份进去,又耗费我N个小时下载。
下一步该要求退款了,哪位英语好的朋友帮帮我写一封要求退款的信。(有点奇怪的是ticket的回复序号从32跳到35,中间的去哪了。)

同情楼主,LP的人就是千方百计要你升级。即使真的资源超限,退款也没有错。并且他们回复那么慢,誰心理没有气。我现在就对他们不满,我的邮件六天了,他们就是不回。如果抱着解决问题的态度,我们也好受点。

6天应该不会吧,一般提交ticket四五个小时就有回复了
