终于给我备份了,从开始到现在历时26天,可我只让他备份数据库,他给我把log都备份进去,又耗费我N个小时下载。
下一步该要求退款了,哪位英语好的朋友帮帮我写一封要求退款的信。(有点奇怪的是ticket的回复序号从32跳到35,中间的去哪了。)
