受不了LP,人都快给它搞疯了

对于提出的问题每次回复时间都要拖48小时以上,我的网站已经被LP彻底搞死了。停了我快一个月,不给我开通,我让他们备份数据库也故意岔开,劝我升级空间,我太想问候LP他老母,老子用不起不用还不行吗,cpanel不给我访问,还不给我导出数据库,什么j8十大主机商,就这德行

楼主犯了什么大罪,LP这么不信任你啊。

ticket回复速度最近确实有点慢,不过直接打电话过去还是很快的。skype打,找个会点英文的朋友帮忙,不难。

至于升级空间保留数据库,除非违反了美国法律或者他们的条款,不然你的数据是可以保留的。这个肯定没问题。关键是要沟通好。

虽然语法可能有点问题,但有点英语基础的人应该都能看懂。我严重怀疑他们不是忽悠就是智商有问题,发最近的几条大家看看:

My site is very small, I don't need upgrade, Don't ask me upgrade anymore, Please move my data to server http://secure.eternal.lunarbreeze.com so that let me modify my site and reduce usage.

Am I expected to repeat it?I don't need upgrade anymore.
It's a kidding! I can't beleive this high usage resulted in two very small gif files.
If you cannot move my data to another server and resolve the problem, Please backup my sql data for me due to I cannot access cpanel.
I'd like move my site to another web hosting and demand a refund.

原打算放弃DH改用LP,
从楼的帖中看到,有问题的时候沟通太难了。
看来,我还是老老实实地继续续费玩DH好了。

沟通问题呀,你认为的有点英文基础都能懂,其实真实的情况是,打死人家都不知道你在说什么......
  别说你了,我在美国3年多了,有时候打电话给客服都说不清楚,惭愧呀......
