因为文件太多太大了，如何做到备份所有文件以及下载数据库呢？请详细指点

linux主机的话，开通ssh，后台自动操作，如果文件太大，分包压缩好点

开通SSH很少会变IP的，没有听说谁变了IP

SSH开通改变IP之前很多人注册说并没有改变，你的邮件是现在看到的吗？还是之前，那应该是也有可能改变IP了
