Thank you for contacting Online Support.  

I have reviewed your account and it appears that your hosting account no longer has a dedicated IP address. You might need to use your hosting account's IP address to upload files using an FTP client, or to modify your domain name's A record to point to your hosting account.

To Locate Your Hosting IP Address




Log in to your Account Manager.

From the Products section, click Web Hosting.

Next to the hosting account you want to use, click the Launch button.



Your IP address displays in the IP Address field in the Server column.
