godaddy AP空间申请退款换美国空间遇到疑问

If you decide to cancel your hosting account you may receive a refund for any full unused months. Once canceled, please reply to this email and we will submit your refund request.
Canceling your hosting account removes your website's files from our servers. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before you cancel your account.
To Cancel Your Hosting Account:
1.Log in to your Account Manager.
2.From the My Products section, click Hosting.
3.Click the domain name you want to use.
4.Go to the Edit Account Details tab, and then click Cancel this account.
5.Click Cancel Account.
NOTE: It can take up to 24 hours for the domain name to be available for use again after you cancel your hosting account.
I have placed a Ultimate Linux hosting account for our US data center in your shopping cart. If you wish to have a new US Region hosting account you may proceed to your shopping cart and process the order.
After you purchase a hosting plan, you need to set it up before you can use it to host your website.
To Set up Your Hosting Account
1.From the Products section, click Web Hosting.
2.Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.
3.Complete the following fields, and then click Finish:
•
Enter domain — Enter the domain name you want to use.
•
FTP user name — Use the automatically generated user name, or click Change, and then enter the FTP user name you want to use.
•
Password & Confirm password — Enter the password you want to use to access your hosting account with FTP.
•(Optional) SSL credits — If you have SSL credits in the same account as the domain name you want to use, select the SSL credit you want to use with this hosting account.

我先把AP空间注销了，然后晚上回去购买了他放在我购物车里的月付15美金的美国空间。
今天早上一看，又多了个My Recent Orders

这是另外一个域名我也屏蔽一下****.com 这个域名是以前机会AP空间用的

AP不能直接转美国空间，可现在怎么没帮我这15美金升级成5年的呢？
他又给我的5年AP，是不是要激活后再点注销退款？
这15美金的美国空间，是用他的退款然后让我自己去人工续费？TMD我去续费，要600多美金！如果是按年费算，要便宜好多，还有优惠码可以用，这个续费就什么优惠都没有！

我现在是不是要把这两个空间都给注销了然后再自己选5年美国空间？
他们能做的是什么？只是退款？

295359569R 是退款的订单！你看看你的主机产品里是否增加了美国的主机，再看看美国主机的时间是否延长了

5年的这个是我退款后他又出来的，还没激活。15美金是我买了之后激活的。

15美金的月租空间，是他们工作人员放我购物车里让我买的。

那以前新加坡空间，好像也带个什么RP什么的？AP就是美国的？购物车里他们给我准备好的说是美国区域的啊，如果是亚太那他们为什么又要我们买？
以前那个是新加坡的，所以才写信要换到美国区域。

说错了，少打了一个字，带有AP的就是亚太的，不带有AP就不是亚太的！

明白了，唉，英语不通啊，和人家交流好麻烦！我现在把我AP再激活，然后再申请退款，人家会把期限加到我美国空间上去么？还是不用激活，直接再发一封邮件过去，让他们把这个订单取消，然后把期限加上去？
