Godaddy退款求助！！！！

各位老大们，小弟上午购买了godaddy主机空间，不想，却无法使用。ip:182.50.134.128
后来一查才知道买到了亚太区的主机了，国内无法访问，跑出去后能访问，但速度超慢。

在论坛上查了好久，知道可以退款

我就按照论坛上的方法，，删除了产品，然后申请退款。。。

但小弟英文差，，，希望各位大大看看godaddy回复的意思，，，，希望得到帮助！！！

还有，，，是不是现在godaddy的ip,,国内封了好多？
