以下是写给gadaddy的,  请他们一起向电信投诉。大家的投诉信应该不一样，以免让人以为是一个人在投诉而已！！！！

Some routers of ChinaTelecom(the biggest ISP here in China) have blocked all IPs from Godaddy. This is highly likely because  that some of the workers there share interest with some big China IDC companies, or some sth were setup wrong. Obviously this is against the law and regulations.

Pls try to file complains throught the following channels(We lots of webmasters here are doing this too. But it will be better if more people can support us):

我的三个网站都是独立IP怎么没被Blocked?并且速度也不算慢。只是GD的官网访问速度很慢。

电信是跟GM走的，GD能难道能驳倒中国GM？

so for some cities, some 电信 用户can have access to your websites, while some other cities can not.

没有用啊。我之前就跟他们说过了，他们对被block已经家常便饭了，让我们找自己ISP算账去。

godaddy replied:
"We have noticed a large number of Chinese Internet Service Providers lately that have been blocking/restricting connections to US-based servers. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to prevent such blocking. If a site is being blocked in China it is due to the Internet Provider you are connected to and you would need to contact them to unblock it. "

找GD投诉中电信，体积相差太大了，比作蚊子和蓝鲸都不为过。还是自己找中国电信投诉的好，我在电信网上营业厅投诉了2次，他们除了网上回复，还打了好几次电话给我，每次解释都基本一样，后来我把电话转成留言机，还不停的拨过来，干脆把电话线拔掉了，反正很少用电话。我曾经两次把电信投诉到12300通讯管理局，电信现在对我真的是“VIP”级别的服务了

自己的利益受损，找两个利益没有多少关系的去吵架，可能吗？

中国电信可以随时封大陆去GODADDY的通道，同样，GODADDY也可以随时封外连到中国大陆的通道甚至客户。谁都奈何不了谁。碰到这样的事情，人家才懒得理睬你！说多了，人家当你是笑话。
