最近我的网站出了怪问题

在中国基本都不能访问,可以访问的都很慢(最奇怪的是北京时间早晨的时候访问可以,速度也行),其他国家都可以访问.
我发邮件给GoDaddy公司.他们是这么回复我的。

It is likely that this is the reason you cannot see it from in China. This is also not something that we can fix, since it is not us that is blocking the site.

Please note: since this issue is likely related to selective blocking of IP addresses on your ISP's part, this can cause you to not see one website but still be able to see another. This is why it is an ISP issue. We cannot unblock servers on a system that we do not have the ability to make changes on (your ISP's proxy, for example). You can attempt to contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to determine if they are blocking the IP address for your hosting account, however we cannot assist with this. We apologize for any inconvenience.

电信的访问要慢点
